US domestic shipping

Please note, due to Covid-19 delays with our shipment services may occur.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, not including holidays.

We use USPS for our shipping services.

All clothing inventory is charged $8.00 flat rate shipping, which includes all of our packaging, shipping labels, and insurance for each package.

For lightweight accessories (i.e. scarves or face masks) we charge $4.00 flat rate shipping. If you purchase a lightweight accessory in addition to a clothing item, you will be charged the $8.00 flat rate shipping price.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is sent.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered.

If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with USPS.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, please check back soon.

Returns

At this time we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless items were damaged during the shipping process. Unfortunately, this is due to the small nature of our business and we hope to accept returns in the future with our growth!

For items damaged through shipping, please contact sales.ghostielocks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damages.

Please read full product descriptions before purchasing since all sales are final. We have included product dimensions for each item and how our measurements are configured in the sizing link provided in the footer below.

Please note, some pieces may have ink stains or imperfections within the print. We believe this is what makes each piece special and unique. By purchasing our products, you are aware of our brand philosophy and that these imperfections may occur. Ghostielocks does not accept any returns do to the nature of our designs.
